One component polyurethane adhesive hardened by the moisture of the air.

Properties : Easy to use, guick dry. It has an high adhesion power. Water and moisture resistant. Fills the holes. It is ready to use and it provides retouching in 15 minutes after it's use.

Application Fields : The product can be applied in any kind of wooden surfaces, MDF, formica, paper and cardboard covers, polystirene foam, acoustic plates, paneling, stair profiles, door casing, itself or concrete surface, adhesion to a metal, doorwindow cases and furniture manufacturing.

Application Method : The surface should be purified from oil, dirt and dust. In metals, especially lead, the current oxide layers should be removed. One of the surfaces should be an absorbent material. The adhesive should be plowed onto the one or each surfaces as a thin film layer, the pieces should be adhered in 15 minutes and be pressed. The pressing period depends on the absorption capacity of the material and the wheather conditions. Environment temperature should be between +5 °C and +35 °C during the application. The bottle should be closed tightly to avoid the air taking in after the application. The hardened adhesive can be cleaned with acetone.

Shelf Life : 12 months in a dry and nonfrozen places.
